- Joint action
We build an environment of trust for joint actions, networking, and integration of best practices.
Foundation of the Institute
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) at the Ukrainian Catholic University was created as a result of the merger of two organizations: the Centre of Laity Leadership and the Institute of Non-Profit Management. This merger was beneficial to both organizations due to their simultaneous natural growth, the similarity of their goals, and the positioning of the non-profit management program as a unique direction for UCU activities. The Institute of Leadership and Management was established as a structural department of UCU in June 2010 by the Senate and formally approved on 17 of November 2010 by Rector’s order.
