Oleksandra Baklanova
Oleksandra Baklanova – partner of an Expert company pro.mova, business-partner in the company Capital Strategy. An expert in the spheres of strategy development for business, management, change management. Her civic activity started with foundation of AISEC department in Luhansk, worked on the implementation of strategic changes in the organization on the national level, as a vice-president of AISEC in Ukraine was responsible for development of international projects and programs.
Was working out educational programs on sustainable development for European department of SONY in Germany, participated in the foundation of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in 1999, is an active member of Univ group

Natalia Bordun
Natalia Bordun – director of the Institute of leadership and management of Ukrainian Catholic University. Previously was a program coordinator of the Lay leadership center of UCU (2004-2009) and a coordinator of the workshops network for mentally- disabled (2002-2004). She received higher education in Mathematics in Lviv Ivan Franko National University. Has more than 15 years of pedagogical experience. A trainer and consultant in the spheres of the organizational development.

Vasylyna Dybailo
Vasylyna Dybailo – director of partnership “Every child” in Ukraine. Graduated from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, has a degree in Politic studies and a Masters degree in social development in London Metropolitan University. Has more than 10 years experience in non-profit management and project management. An expert and trainer in organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, management and strategic planning, volunteers’ management for Ukrainian and international organizations.

Yevhen Hlibovytskyy
Yevhen Hlibovytskyy – managing partner of an expert company pro.mova. An expert of OSCE in communications in Ukraine, Moldova, countries of Caucasus and Central Asia. Has been consulting Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Secretariat of President, local administrations in the topics of public relations and information policies. Has worked at the leading Ukrainian medias: “5th channel”, “Studio 1+1”, “First national”, “PostPostup”, radio “Promin” etc. Worked as a journalist for “Dzerkalo tyzhnia”, radio “Echo of Moscow”, local co-producer for CBS, PBS, BBC. Co-founder of Kyiv independent media professional union and it’s director in 2005.

Ruslan Kraplych
Ruslan Kraplych – an expert of the programs of international technical assistance, editor of the magazine “Visnyk blahodiynytstva”. Has been a director of such organizations as Princes-Benefactors Ostrozky Foundation, Volyn Resource Center. A famous trainer for civic and charitable organizations. An author of books and articles, trainings and educational courses. Has been working as an expert of the Program of UNO for development and integration of Crimea, UNO development program, Counterpart partnership, program “For transparent society”, as a director of Anti-crisis humanitarian program in International Renaissance Foundation in 2009-2011. Has a unique practical experience in raising resources from a community, cooperation between business and charities.

Vitaliy Lesiuk
Vitaliy Lesiuk – financial director of Association “Energy efficient cities of Ukraine” since 2009. During 1998-2008 worked in regional department of Foundation “Ukraine – USA” on the position of vice-director. Is a head of the organization “Western Ukrainian Regional Educational Center” since it was founded. Has an experience of holding trainings for Ukrainian and European companies (UFSI, OSCE, DESPRO, ЦСП, Hulla & Co. Human Dynamics). Sphere of professional interests: financial management for non-profit organizations; preparation of reports and analytical documents; project planning; planning of educational programs and holding seminars, trainings and master-classes.

Terry Mattison has extensive experience in business management and in strategic planning. He is from Boulder, Colorado, has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington. Has worked for more than 25 years in the financial services industry in the US, including 11 years as a corporate vice-president at two different companies. Currently is a volunteer in the Community Development program of the United States Peace Corps, working at the City Council offices in Lutsk, Volynska oblast, Ukraine/

Andriy Nechyporuk – a head of the Lviv Lion’s Society since 1998. Has an experience of trainer and consultant of civic society organizations not only in Ukraine but other post-Soviet countries. Currently he is engaged in community development projects and projects of international cooperation between the NGOs in Ukraine, in post-Soviet and European countries.

Olha Sadokha – a head of the studying center of the company “Lvivkholod”, has more than 9 years experience of human resource management in such companies as chain of the supermarkets “VAM”, companies “Lvivkholod”, “Halychfarm”, “Halnaftogaz”, has worked as a director of the “Oleska mineral water”. She is teaching at the programs of Lviv Business School and other programs courses in HR management, personal effectiveness, skills of effective sales and customers’ services.

Oleksandr Sofiy has Masters Degree in Administration and long years of experience of consulting civic society organizations. He was a director of Western center of Renaissance Foundation in Ukraine, since 2001 till 2005 has been working in the national office of International Charitable foundation “Caritas Ukraine”, worked in the Ukrainian Foundation of Social Investments and other national programs. Currently is working in the organization “European dialogue” and is consulting small communities and NGOs about organizational development and sustainability.

Leonid Tarasenko
Leonid Tarasenko – head of the Center of public advocacy. A lawyer, faculty of the Department of civic law and processes of Lviv National Ivan Franko University. An expert in the program of legal support for NGOs, is a representative of interests of organizations in strategic issues and holds educational programs for organizations in civic and tax law. Participated in more than 100 trials in human rights protection.

Volodymyr Turchynovkyy
Volodymyr Turchynovkyy got his degree in Mathematics in Lviv National Ivan Franko University, got Ph.D. in Philosophy in the International Philosophy Academy in Lichtenstein. Currently – vice-rector for Strategic planning of UCU, Chair of Philosophy Department, member of a Supervisory board of Lviv Business School and of an Advisory board of Institute of leadership and management of UCU.
