The purpose of their visit was to learn more about UCU activities and to discuss the work of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Due to the financial support of Caritas Germany a one year certificate program in Non-profit management is being implemented for a second year already.
The guests were discussing Program details, recognized the importance of studying for strengthening organizational potential of non-governmental organizations. The fact that at the program all the parts of Ukraine are represented was pointed out. This year we have civic leaders from Donetsk, Kerch, Kyiv, Kremenchuh, Odessa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and other cities studying at the Program. This gives a chance for NGOs to get to know each other, to break so many stereotypes, to start new relationships, joint projects, create networks.
The team of the Institute of leadership and management is trying to become a platform for communication and common building a better society.
