Non-Profit Management
 
One-yearCertificatePrograminManagementofNon-ProfitOrganizationis developed for people that work in the Ukrainian non-profit sector and strive to extend their knowledge and skills in management.
NPM Program means:
  • Studying in the group of colleagues from Ukrainian non-profit organizations
  • Teachers and experts from Ukraine, Western Europe and USA
  • Learning the experience of the best NGOs of Ukraine and Poland during the visits, community exploration and participation in conferences
  • Possibility to get micro grants and experience of developing a business-plan and implementation of real project under the guidance of relevant expert
  • Network of professional contacts
  • New stage of your organizational development in cooperation with us
  • Access to the modern management resources
Program Components:
  • Three academic modules – two weeks each (196 academic hours)
  • Community exploration (32 hours of studying the management experience of successful non-profit organizations in Lviv region by visiting these organizations)
  • Development of own business-plan (includes 6 hours of consultations)
  • Open lectures of visiting experts of non-profit sphere
  • Annual conference

Demands for willing to apply for studying:
  1. Strong motivation to work in non-profit sphere.
  2. Filled in application form.
  3. Copies of the documents about higher education.
  4. Recommendation letter.
