Irene Danysh – lecturer, trainer and facilitator with 20-years’ experience. She lectures at the universities of North America, Europe and Africa. For 12 years she has been working as coordinator of programs for civil society development, fostering of democratic values , and in law-enforcement sector, in particular, the project People in Need (Kyiv, Ukraine), World Vision (Senegal), Project Yes (USA).
Natalia Bordun – Director of the Institute of Leadership and Management. She has been working in civil sector since 1999. In 2002 Natalia became a member of the international movement ‘Faith and light. She was the coordinator of the first Leadership Summer School, the program of Non-profit Management, and later, in 2010, she founded the Institute of Leadership and Management. Now Natalia is an active trainer and lecturer. Her area of expertise is leadership and organization development.
Andriy Rozhdestvenskyi – business consultant, psychologist. He used to work as profiler analyst in Security Service of Israel, dealt with counter-terrorist activity, including building of special communications and negotiations. Later he became HP partner of the retail business of JSC ‘Oshchadbank’. After that Andriy headed the department of personnel training in the entire system of the bank (35 000 employees). He founded a consulting company which focuses on development and adjustment of the systems of personnel training for specific types of activities.
Oleksandr Solontay – Lecturer, expert of the Institute of Political Education, one of the leaders of the union ‘Syla liudey’. Oleksandr studied international relations in the Institute of International relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, and completed post-graduate program in Zakarpatia State University.
